As a Spiritual Doula & Birth Carer, the offerings, support and programs I share in the Pregnancy and Birthing areas are not a one size fits all, pre recorded "birth/Pregnancy course". Abode Birth Care provides Nurturing Health Treatments, Services and Programs that are curated for the individual and family in a therapeutic way.

I was my first ever client 30 years ago and from the age of 9 when the reality of severe reproductive and uterine imbalances/dis - ease became an every day wake up call. This opened me up to my very own inner healing and womanly blueprint. 3 years ago at age 31 I chose to put my name to it with my partner Daniel and we enjoyed the most effortless fertility, pregnancy and divine home birthing experience with our daughter Amazon.

Amazon was our spiritual midwife who invited us to make it a reality that we could tangibly share forwards in a whole new light. Through its action we enjoyed Birthing as an Orgasm at home, over looking the ocean, whilst submerged in water as she magically made her way Earthside, Encaul (still in her amniotic sac) surrounded by love.

Ceremonially supporting fertility, conception, pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum and beyond is now more than ever my Earth Work and Medicine that I choose to offer, provide care and loving services to humanity.

I choose to keep my group circles intimate for each of the unique workshop and retreat events per year. Maximum intake 8-12 depending upon the offering. The reason being is I value quality time and connection and know just how much this translates magically into the to pregnancy journey and birthing experience.

To accomodate those feeling to experience 1 on 1, I also offer my services and programs in this delivery method that can be both in person, live correspondence or a blend of both to suit the relationship of each families needs. This also allows you to journey, receive sessions at your own pace and in alignment with your own time, space and financial alignment. Due to the intimate work, detail and 1 on 1 engagement I offer through my In Labour Doula/ Birth Support I only offer 1 space per season ( 4 in total per year).

Example Journey Outline From the Four Spheres of Experience:

Fertility - Conception: It is through this stage that you will learn the art o the womb and heart connection, the placenta as the “forgotten chakra” as well as the connection with the 9 energetic centres that a woman and baby move through, from conception to postpartum. We also highlight the specific limb of Ayurveda that is devoted to pregnancy, birth and reproduction. This allows for a holistic understanding of how to best prepare, including fertility and invites the use of Flower Essence Therapy and Energy Health and Wellbeing, through Reiki. We discuss the Natal moon of a woman as well as her 11 moon sites to best understand her rhythm in body, mind spirit through the process of reproduction, pregnancy, birth and beyond. The final element of this stage is the calling in of the soul ceremony, through reiki and cosmic bodywork.

First Trimester - Third Trimester : In this stage you will begin to understand the anatomy and physiology of each week of the pregnancy for both Mother and Baby. This is the ground work to then be able to connect in with this process from a spiritual sense to honouring creation, growth and birth. From this centre you will then explore the 5 layers of body through each of the weeks, along with the 12 rhythms that guide each week through the spiritual laws that progress and evolve throughout the pregnancy and support the birthing process.

Each of the weeks connect energetically through one of the 9 energetic centres and provides you with practices from the 8 limbs to support the mother and baby journey. This also includes a dimensional dance practice that allows for body release, emotional clarity and stronger connection

You will be provided with a journal, scripting process and art therapy activities to support Mother and Baby through each of the weeks up to her 37th week of Pregnancy. This will include practices that invite connection with Gaia at the beginning of each trimester and the completion, before moving on to the next.

You will learn how to provide a botanical Mandala at the beginning of each trimester to strengthen the mindfulness, love, nurture and emotional care throughout each trimester, honouring the reasoning of the trimester, mother and baby. Along with a Flower totem for each of the trimesters to offer a guide for the woman to stay present and connected to her flowering.

You will also provided with a Spiritual ceremonial honouring practice using Reiki and Cosmic Body Work to offer the Woman and Baby on the 120th day or around the 6th month mark. This is the Soul of the Baby incarnation process.

Fourth Trimester: This is the actual birthing experience. We will share from various perspectives about the nature of support through the lead up to birth, birth itself options such as home birth, free birth, orgasmic birth vaginal birth, hospital/birth centre and c -section, as well as the natural and spiritual use of the placenta for the mother and baby. We will also discuss the importance of the first 40 days in postpartum and practices/self care offerings you can begin after the 5th month to really set the tone for a healthy and radiant healing of mother and effortless transition earth side for baby.

*please note we refer to Mother and Baby for simplicity, however we encourage the father and family to be involved as much as possible throughout.
